About claims

If you wish to make a claim concerning a SYNOTARA product, you must contact the shop where the item was purchased. If you received the item as a gift, you must find out where it was purchased and contact this shop.

Under the US Consumer Law, you have a 24-month right to invoke a lack of conformity on goods purchased at partners’ shops and from www.synotara.com, when you still have the bill or invoice. This means, depending on the individual situation, you can either get the item repaired or exchanged or get a reduction in the price. This assumes, of course, that the claim is justified and that the defect or damage is not a result of improper use or other damaging behaviour. Claims must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect/damage. Claims made within two months after the defect/damage is discovered will always be considered timely.

The personnel of the shop will test and evaluate the product according to SYNOTARA’s guidelines and let you know if the claim is accepted.

You must indicate the reason for your claim and send photo documentation and a copy of your invoice. Then we will contact you to agree on the practical details regarding your claim.
