When you make an order on the website, we collect the information you give us, for example name, address, e-mail address, phone number, payment method, information about the products you purchase and may have returned, delivery choices, and information about the IP address used to make the order.

The purpose is for us to be able to deliver the products you ordered and fulfil our agreement with you, including the administration of your right of return and to file complaints. We may also process information about your purchases as legally required including for accounting purposes.

www.synotara.com uses Shopify Payments to handle payments of online purchases and does not store information about payment methods, e.g., card numbers on payment cards, bank account numbers, etc.

Information about your name, address, phone number, and order number, and specific delivery options are forwarded to GLS, DHL or other shipping agency that will deliver the purchased items to you.

The information is only stored for the purposes indicated above. If you have accepted that we send newsletters to your email address your email address is stored, until you cancel your newsletter subscription. You may do this at any time.

How do we protect personal information?

We use technological and organisational security measures to protect your personal information against manipulation, loss, destruction, and against disclosure to unauthorised persons and any other illegal processing. Our security procedures are constantly revised.
